HELPING BIG BUSINESS AND NOT THE TAXPAYER

I don't know about the rest of the country, but I am drowning. I have been in the construction business for almost 30 years and it has never been this bad I have always been able to find work. Now there is nothing out there,people are just not spending money,and rightfully so since they don't know if there next dollar will be there last.
About a year ago I lost my business and no I did not get a government bail out, as a matter a fact since I owed taxes from my failing business I didn't even get a stinking stimulus check. So lets recap. I'm totally broke I lost over $100,000.00 dollars that I had in the bank cause of the business and now I don't get the lousy $1,200.00 dollars. What a great President the poor get poorer. That's a great stimulus plan.
The banks on the other hand if they cant pay there bills the government steps in to help out. Well I say what about the ma and pa hardware store or like in my case a flooring company we don't get government help screw them right. Well I say screw the banks let them go out of business what do I care. Hell if I knew what I know now. I would have made sure that I would have opened a banking business at least you know you can't fail,worst case the government will fix it.
So lets get this straight the banks were going out of business cause of all the bad loans. So all they have to do is cry to the government " we messed up can we have a billion dollars" and the government replies " duhhhh oook , here ya go, don't forget to give everyone raises and go on some nice vacations " Then that same bank calls John Smith " Hello Mr. Smith, if you don't make this months payment we are going to take your house, oh and by the way it's been a pleasure doing business with you " Mr Smith replies, " but I have been out of work for 8 months,please my family will be homeless " " well " says the banker " we don't care only we can get away without paying our bills cause Mr. President will bail us out of trouble, so give us our money or get out of the house you have a month "
This country is a joke, and the economy has never been this bad and these banks that were bailed out with our tax dollars mind you are now taking peoples houses. What a double standard. How could our wonderful president allow this to happen, what a spineless worm , help big business but screw Joe taxpayer. I say any bank that was bailed out with our tax dollars should not be allowed to foreclose on anybody,they should have to work with you til the end. Ok I understand you have to draw the line somewhere but they should have to work with you in these trying times if you are making any effort to pay at all. I guess that's just dumb old me.
